Senior Strength Training: Select Thursdays at 10:00am or 11:00am

Leena Kalle will be instructing this class. Class includes a warm up, circuits, and a cool down.

Tai-Chi: Twice monthly Tuesdays at 1:30 pm

It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai-Chi is noncompetitive and self-paced.

Writing Group: Monthly Mondays at 7pm
