Tai-Chi: Once monthly Tuesday at 1:30 pm
It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai-Chi is noncompetitive and self-paced.
Yoga for Young Professionals: Once monthly Thursdays at 7pm
May 3rd. A certified yoga instructor will instruct beginner/intermediate yoga.
