Supporting your immune system with essential oils involves two strategies: Prevention – What are some healthy habits you can add to your daily routine?Preparation – Each class attendee will learn how easy it can be to make your own roller bottle remedies, throat spray, hand spray, clean up spray, wellness bath, vapor rub, sinus steamer and hydrating drink and more!

Book Clubs
Adult Book Club:

Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)
Every Thursday at 10:30am
Bring your smartphone or tablet to the library for individual training using your device. We will show you the basics of the device and answer any questions you have. We can also show you how to use many of our digital resources (e.g. Overdrive, Hoopla, Zinio).

Learn and Play Mah-Jongg
Wednesdays from 11am-2pm

Are you interested in playing Mah Jongg? You’re in luck! A resource will be available if patrons have any questions about the game.

Movie Fridays
Join us twice a month on Fridays at 1pm for a movie viewing. Upcoming movies: February 2nd: Everything, Everything February 16th: The Glass Castle

Senior Strength Training
Thursdays at 10:30am: January 25th, February 8th & 22nd, March 8th & 22nd, April 12th & 26th, May 10th & 24th
Leena Kalle will be instructing this class. Class includes a warm up, circuits, and a cool down.

Once monthly Tuesday at 1:30 pm. February 20th, March 20th, April 17th, May 15th
It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Tai-Chi is noncompetitive and self-paced.

Yoga for Young Professionals
Thursdays at 7pm. 
February 1st, March 1st, April 5th, May 3rd
A certified yoga instructor will be coming to the library once monthly Thursday.

Crochet and Knit Club
Every Monday at 6:30pm with a resource available on these dates:
