The Essex County Clerk's Outreach Program is coming to the Fairfield Recreation building on Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 9:00am to 11:30am. Appointments will be available for "new" Adult Passports (16 years and up), "new and renewals" of Child Passports (0-15 years), Notary Oaths, Notary Certifications and ALL Essex County Identification Cards.
